The company is involved in news outsourcing for international news channels and also supporting national and international organizations in developing media/communications strategy and execution plans. The company is also engaged in Channel distribution. It is also working as content providing services for International TV and local channels. It has recently started working at WebTV operation to provide content input and rendering other audio and video operational services.

Keeping pace with the advancing world BanglaSatCom has recently signed a contract with a Japanese company named NEW IT VENTURE to start operation in the sector of OTT and Catch up TV platform. The CEO of BanglaSatCom Omar Tasiq is presently working as the local representative of Al Jazeera English, TV5MONDEasie and working as local producer of British Independent Television (ITN, UK) and Al Jazeera in Bangladesh.
